My fiancé was arrested on the July 11th. He was charged with violation of probation and driving on a suspended license 3rd offense, but he has never been caught before so it should only be his 1st offense, I'm not sure what happened with that.
He got a $500 bond for driving on a suspended license and was denied bond on his V.O.P.
He has a court hearing on the 27th of this month and he has been in jail since, for 2 weeks already.
I haven't been able to talk to him so I have no idea what to expect when I go to his hearing this Monday. Can anyone please give me some advice and tell me what I should be expecting him to receive. I'm sure they will give him more probation and suspend his license again but I need to know if he will be receiving anymore jail time, he has already been in there since the 11th.

Other note: he would have been off his probation but we hadn't paid his fines because we didn't have the money so that's the only reason he was still on probation. That's all the information I know.

Please help me! I'm home wit our 3 week old baby girl and I need to know what I should be expecting. Thank you.

Opinion, if they charged him with a 3rd offence, he had two others, they would have been on the driving record, perhaps you just did not know. It could have been from long before

But yes most likely a lot more probation and a lot more fines.

But should I be expecting him to receive more jail time or should he be getting out with more fines and more probation?

You should EXPECT the worst, and HOPE for the best. Ain't NONE of us know what's going to happen.
