I have a macbook pro, older gen. and would like to reformat it completely with XP.

What do I need to do for this to be accomplished or is it a simple as reformatting a PC?

Also where can I find the drives to install, for the trackpad, video card, camera, wireless and Ethernet?

The original install sidk for Mac OS that shipped with bootbamp included the windows drivers for the computer

You can insert windows XP CD and start formatting PC , while doing so you can delete MAC partition...
N about driver's you can get all the drivers with all version on INTEL site... for intel hardware..
