Find a home for the kittens when they are weaned. The mom will care for the kittens, your friend doesn't have to do anything but provide shelter.
Then, guess what, get the catt fixed so she can't have anymore to create this problem.
What was your other option ?

Some people sell the kittens once they're born, and sadly some people just throw the kittens away.
You can sell the kittens or give the kittens away to other friends.
I'm sure many people would want the kittens.
After the kittens are born I would suggest spaying the mother cat.
Having a litter of cats is very stressing for a female cat.
If you can't afford caring for a cat then don't get one.
If you just can't afford the cat after you buy it then give it to a shelter.
Good Luck!:)

You can post them on craig's list for free. She should give them away once they are old enough to walk and be away from their mother.

She will have to care for the kittens whether she has the money or not.
You can't give kittenas away when they are born, you have to wait until they are weanedd off their mothers milk and are confidently eating solid food.
She will have to give them a lot of attention to get them properly socialised.
No-one is going to want an unruly, untamed kitten.
Time to sell some of her stuff on e-bay or work some overtime.

I agree with Shaz.
You have to make sure the kittens are healthy before you sell/give them away.
Good Luck!:)
