I have a comlex situation that I really need help with. I came to this country from bahamas at age 6. my mother was a naturalized, father is a citizen but I am undocumented. I did not find out until I was 18 years old after my mom died. What can I do? I am now 27 and afraid of reprocutions over overstaying but I did not know. Before I found out I worked as a citizen and even got school loans. I am in need of a green card. I went to immigration and they informed me that my only option is to get married to a citizen. Please help with any info you can. I am unable to work or finish my education. No one can live like this for long! Help:(

Not enough information.

How did you enter the US? Your father was a citizen at the time you were born? How old were you when your mother naturalized? You may have been born a USC and you may have derived citizenship, but you need to provide much more information.

You need to consult with an experienced immigration attorney.
