I have an Trane XB90 furnace and just recently moved the thermostat up a bit on the wall to make room for a light switch. I didn't cut power first and think I touched the stat wires. After hooking the stat back up the furnace would not turn on. I recycled power to the furnace and that did not help. Also, the red LED is NOT on at all on the board. I am thinking the board is fried. If I have power to the furnace and the led is not on at all would there be any other explanation other than a bad board?

It is more likely a fuse in the low voltage cicuit in the furnace The fuse can be inline, or on the board. It is also possible you burnt out to transformer.

Yep it was a 3amp fuse.
