I am going to buy a knew window AC 15,000 BTU or larger will I save on my electric bill if I get a 220 unit?

Not enough to be significant. You might save on installation costs. 240 is always recommended for high wattage appliances.

I would be surprised if you find a 15,000 or bigger that runs on 120 volt

Home Depot has LG 15,000 BTU 120 volt that is the only one I have found so far

Negligible operational savings, but possibly some added longevity with 220V.

You can order them on the home depot web page were 399.00 yesterday to day they are on sale on the net for 359.00
