My front right has, new bearings, new struts, new tie rods, new hub, new tire
New hub. Suspension done/alignment done. But has terrible road noise driving forward
Feels like a mud tire. But I noticed in reverse the ride is very smooth.

Did the mechanics install something wrong

Many mechanics use air, resulting in fasteners being under-tightened or over-tightened. It's not uncommon for them to under-tighten suspension parts, such as sway-bar links, which results in a lot of noise. I'd get a torque wrench and check all fasteners, before doing anything else. That's the state of auto repair in this country.

I've seen some of the best techs swear up and down it's in the front, when all along it was a rear hub bearing.
Try this. Put some weight in the rear of the car. Like two rear passengers. Switch from one side of the crown of the road, to the other. Listen for the different pitch to the roar when the weight transfer takes place. Use their ears in the back too.
Your mechanic should have used "chassis ears" to diagnose this issue.
