What is the maximum percentage of social security that can be garnished for alimony?

SS cannot be garnished for alimony, only child support, from what I read.

Also some student loans.

Things may have changed and the laws may be different now as when this question was answered. So if your going to correct someone then prove them wrong not just make a snide comment.
