My boyfriend was arrested for a probation violation. He was sentenced to 180 of daily reporting.He went and checked in everyday but failed to tell them he had moved and failed to pay the fees. Now that he is charged well he have to just finish the rest of his time or well he have to do the hole 180 days in jail. If not maybe were do we stand on getting him out.

He will have to spend the remainder of the original sentence for probation violation or if on feloney probation he could face the original sentence that was suspended
