I have a cdl and 3yrs experience I was recently convinced of a felony an have not been able to find a driving job since I was wondering if there are any companies that hirer people with felonys an if so which companies are they?

Was your CDL suspended as a result of your conviction? If not, then your felony is not a legal bar to your finding employment. Keep in mind that these are tough economic times and not a good time to be looking for a job, any kind of job, criminal record or not.
