Are you asking how to ground the frame? Or the neutral of the output?

I can direct you to the IEEE Green Book on Grounding.
http://www.greendiamond.dsskcorp.com/gdi/Books/IEEE/142-1991%20Grounding%20of%20Industrial%20and%20Commerc ial%20Power%20Systems.PDF (http://www.greendiamond.dsskcorp.com/gdi/Books/IEEE/142-1991%20Grounding%20of%20Industrial%20and%20Commerc ial%20Power%20Systems.PDF)
You also need to determine, assuming there is a transfer switch involved, whether it will switch the neutral or not.
This is important in regards to grounding the neutral.

The grounding method and requirements change a little depending on the installation. The following WEB page may be of help>
