I was told that you can catch an STD from eating certain foods.. Is this true in any way?

I guess it depends on what you are doing with the food, ** let your mind go wild for a bit,

But no not from eating the food, if you are sharing a fork and have open sores in your mouth perhaps from the other person you can get some diseases.

But sexual transmitted diseases are just that transmitted by sex

You can't get STDs from food. You can get it from kissing or saliva rarely if the other person has herpes on the lips for example.
