First I want to apologize if the details I remember from this horror film are sketchy. I believe it was a camp film (kids at camp)and there was one guy who got picked on a lot. But this guy became a warlock or something like that by the end of the film, and he used his powers to cause his main tormentor, another guy, to sprout breasts. The boy feels something strange happening to him and rips his shirt open. He's horrified to find two female breasts. For the life of me, I can't remember the name of this movie. Can anyone help?
