Recently I have noticed that my stomach is getting big but I'm not fat?
I am a size 8 and I know that I'm not pregnant because I had a pregnancy test and it was negative.
I am not experiencing any pain in my stomach and I have been exercising so I don't know what is causing it...

Please, have your Doctor check you out first. Tumors, cysts, etc. If he can find no medical reason for your belly, then you might simply be genetically predisposed to having a fat belly. Many people of ethnic origin have this. It is perfectly normal. And usually exercise will NOT get rid of it.

How to loss my beer belly? Please give me some advice. It so alarming now. I don't know what to do cause I don't even have a clue. Thanks.
