When I'm feeling down, I always look for inspirational quotes to help me get through whatever it is that I'm feeling. So below are 2 quotes that I have found helpful. Please feel free to reply with more quotes that help you and might be helpful for others.

If you believe in god - or even if you don't I found that reading St. Theresa's Prayer helps to calm me down too. I guess it just reminds me that there is a point to all of this.

Good quotes. I would also suggest listening to upbeat music. It's great digging out old mix CDs that you made years ago and listen through them. Make sure you skip through the sad songs though ;)

I kind of always gravitated towards strong women as an inspiration when I MYSELF didn't feel that strong, LOL, some people find that a little threatening at times.
