We just purchased a brand new Sear Kenmore Elite Fridge with ice and water in the door. It has a manufacture date of 05/2009, so it is a current model. The controls are all electronic on this model, if that makes any difference. I used the same water supply line that sent water to our old ice and water fridge, yet on the new fridge there is no ice being made and no water being dispensed. We live in a condo, so perhaps our water pressure is slightly less than a house, but it was adequate pressure to deliver ice and water to the old fridge and fill a 10 ounce glass in about 10 seconds. I have read the manual and tried all the troubleshooting they suggest. The soonest the Sears Tech can come out is July 24, 2009. Is it possible that these newer fridges have a setting that requires more water pressure than I have?? Any ideas would be much appreciated.
