My son is 9 months old now. And I just started him on the next step formula. I just wanted to know how I should go about introducing him to whole milk or if I should wait a little longer before I decide to do that?

I've always heard you are supposed to wait until they are at least one year old. That's what my mother and all of my aunt's did for all of my little siblings and cousins (there's more of us than I ca even count right now... )

You will be thankful for the day that you can move him to whole milk, but it is recommended after they are one year old. Three more months of expensive formula.

Found an article explaining why they recommend waiting until they're 1 year.
