When I was beginning of 4 years old I had this glowing cross around my neck and beginning when I prayed it would glow the next morning.. in church I said a joke and like they told me do not joke like that... and I experience that bad thing at night I felt unprotected and I prayed for forgiveness after that day passed my Cross Glowed again after I lost it at night I felt like I was
Unconnected from god and the angel's... when I turned 15 I asked if I can have a angel... which I really wanted to see one day and that one night I started hearing voice's like calling my name but when I close my eye's I would see her but not her face... she was really bright... and she told me -After all those year's you changed kervin and am here to help you- I didn't know what to ask because it was just a dream.could this dream really be a angel talking to me in my dreams?

For one thing God wants you to put your faith in Him not in objects like glowing crosses and angels. Signs can mislead you if you look to them for answers.
I knew Christian couples that prayed for a sign if they were meant to get married all but two of those couples are divorced now. One of the married couples that is still together no longer believe in God.

The Bible says to seek and you shall find, hide His word in your heart, confess your sins and repent and accept Jesus.
Those are what you do.

I believe angels can talk to you but so can demons posing as angels. That is why you hear of people that say that God told them to do something evil.

Seeking God and hiding his word in your heart and accepting Jesus is like putting on the full armor of God and that is what you need to do.

Ephesians 6:10-18

10. Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
11. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
14. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
15. And with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
16. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
