You need to find a pediatric dentist.

I tried to find a pediatrician dentist in the Chambersburg yellow pages and there weren't any listed in the area.
Pittsburgh has several.
You could also try calling your health insurance and see if they can refer you to a pediatrician dentist

Just for info I had a pediatric dntist tell me my 9 month old at the time had bottle rot and it was iron stains. They were ready to pull and took him to this dentist. I walked into his office he came over to my son and said no bottle rot. Took him into the office and buffed the stains away!

As the others have mentioned, you need to have this treated even if it means traveling to the next city to see a pediatric dentist. It's very important for your child to be seen by a dental professional to give him/her the best chance of the permanent teeth coming in healthy and straight.
