Hi I gave a deposit of 150.00 to hold an apartment they only had to upgraded model to
Show me but said they have a apartment that people will be moving out so I gave them the deposit and told them I will move in on July 15 but never signed anything. I keep calling to see if the apartment is ready to view and they say not yet will it is July 11 and still haven't seen it so I asked them if I can change the move in date to August 1 they said they can only hold an apartment for 10 days I said I haven't even seen it and the hold should start the on the date I view it. So can they keep my money and rent it to someone else if I don't move in in 4 days to an apartment I haven't seen.
