I am from UP. I had lost my parents 6 years ago. My brother's are creating an issue to take the share from parents agricultural property. Where should I register my complaint so that I get the share from the parents property without any quarrel. Is there any way to put the tree on all (my shared land) agricultural propety to avoid quarrel? Is govt helped me to do this?
