OK I got a male hamster and I had another male with him before but the other male was to aggressive so I separated them ad sold the aggressive male so I was planing on getting a female to breed with him. I know people who will buy the babes and my friend owns a pet store so I could sell them to her so I need tips o how breeding them thanks :)

Your friend should be able to give you a lot of helpful advice too.
IF I remember right hamsters are one of the ones that once the babies are born the male has to be separated so he doesn't attack the babies.

Syrian hamsters cannot be kept in pairs, they will kill each other. If these are syrians then it's not that you had an aggressive male, but their breed that's the problem.

Because of this fact, breeding syrians isn't easy. It takes a pro to do this properly, so you will need to find a professional hamster breeder to show you the ropes.

Also, you'll have to learn to care for them properly. Syrian mothers have been known to eat their young.

Is there a shortage of hamsters where you live, because that's the one type of animal that the pet stores always seem to have in abundance.
