I am 62 yrs. Old, three years ago I changed my eating habits, eat 80% organic and now do not take and Rx only supplements and vitamins. When is the best time to take supplements and do any "react" to each other.

I currently take Glucsomaine/Condrotin with MSM
Antioxidants, Astaxanthin
Selenium yeast,krill oil
D3, cal/mag/zinc
CoQ10, women's multi. vit
An Ultra digestive aid
And Gotu Kola.
I had been taking them all together, a lot to swallow, now split it up and take 1/2 in the AM and 1/2 in PM.

Thank you, Jeannep

I take the D3 calcium, magnesium, zinc and potassium at bedtime only, It helps give you a more relaxing sleep.
Also the magnesium should be half the mgs as the calcium. Like 500 mg calcium: 250 mg magnesium.

Take the woman's multi vitamin and Gotu kola and possibly the Co Q10 in the am after breakfast.

The digestive enzymes after every meal.

The rest you can take when ever... best to follow the directions. Sometimes they say once a day or three times a day. If they say once a day I would take them after lunch.

If the Co Q 10 says take three times a day I would take it with each meal. If it says once a day I would take it either with breakfast or bedtime.

You are on the right track about taking certain supplements with each other because certain ones optimize each others absorption and so forth.
