yes it certainly sounds as though you have spirits present in your home. I would say that they are completely harmless, so don't worry. What to do about it? Try to get hold of a medium and ask them to come to your home,they will beable to communicate with them and send them onto the light for you. Its very rarely a spirit presence come to frighten or harm you, they just trying to get your attention as they need to move on.

I can't find it so I guess they deleted it.
When a post disappears when you hit submit they either deleted it or transferred it to another board.
