My Maytag Refrigerator is not cooling. I hear the fan but the temperature is staying the same.

Is the freezing compartment freezing the ice cream? If the freezing compartment is OK and the refrigerator is too warm (and you've adjusted the control), then it's likely the damper control. If neither compartment is cooling, it's probably something to do with the cooling system, itself (the compressor may be seized; the Freon level may be low, etc). In that case, a certified technician/repairman will be required.
