If I had my period last month on September 28 2006 , and my menstral cycle before that was on August 31, 2006 but I'm trying to figure out when I ovulate... I had sex on October 9 or 10 and maybe a couple of days before that... could I be pregnant? I don't feel pregnant though can someone please help

Okay, ovulation occurs aroung the 11-13 day after the first day of your last period. Does that make any sense to you.
Say you start your period today, then around 11 - 13 days from today you will ovulate.
You would probably be safe to have sex on the 11th day, since sperm can live up to 3 days.
Do not have sex every day as this lowers the sperm count. Every other day is better.
