View Full Version : Starting to get worried

I'm a 22 year old female who has never been on the pill and has always had very regular periods and gyno appointment every 8 months.
My husband and I have been married for just over a year and have been trying to get pregnant just as long. We already have a beautiful baby boy (his son from another woman) so it doesn't seem to be a problem with his fertility.
I have never had an STD, I don't smoke or drink and I am not overweight so I am starting to worry that there is something else wrong with me. I get very regular periods but could I just be shooting blanks so to speak? Could my body be fooling itself and letting them get my period without actually releasing an egg?

Please help

Well, if there were a problem with you, your doctor probably would have found it by now.

I am glad that you are aware enough of your body that you seem to work hard to keep yourself healty (doctor appts, no smoking or drinking).

You usually ovulate around the 11 -13 day after the first day of your last period.

It is better to have sex every other night rather than every night, every night tends to lower the sperm count.

I hope this helps.
