I've gained about 80 pounds in a year, and I so want to get them off.. I've been going to the gym non stop and I'm in a diet but it hasn't really worked all that well.. My husband is doing the same thing I am and he has lost almost 20 pounds (and he's cheating in the sense he's eating candies and other stuff he shouldn't).. I've been recommended to use phentermine but I'm a little worried. Does it really work..? I've bought so many pills online that haven't worked at all.. How well does it work..? How does it work..? And is it good or bad for health and heart reasons..?
If you have high blood pressure you need to steer clear of phentermine. DO NOT buy this online. You MUST have this prescribed by a doctor.
I have seen this work for some, combined with diet and exercise. But, on the flip side, I have seen it not work for others. It is a trial and error type medication.

Make sure you get it from your dr. I have taken and it works I used to be 230 now I'm 140 and it doesn't take long to loose it. I think some people says it doesn't work because they don't stick to it but it does.

I have had success with phentermine in the past. I DO HAVE high blood pressure am on meds for those and my same doctor has prescribed it to me. It is working again. Keep on a healthy diet. Exercise is good as you loose you will firm up. But I did not exercise on it first time around and lost the weight I needed to.
