How to configure the tellabs 8110 modem with bsnl ip address??

There is no issue of line, line is through, we have ip address given from bsnl, can u pl help me out to guide hoe to configure the above connection...

I have been having modem problems for the
Last month or so.
These things really run out of date.
My solution is to buy a new one.
Once the new one arrived , I was online
In less than 15 minutes without expert help.

Once the modem arrived, it had with it the instruction sheet that came with it.
I followed all the pointers, all the wires are
Coloured differently, which go to the back of the computer which is also coloured.
I wish you all the very best.
If you still have difficulties, get in touch with your internet supplier.
I bought my modem from IPRUMUS.
