How many millimoles of water are the in 500mg of calcium chloride hexahydrate?

The problem boils down to determining the molecular weight (grams / mole) of calcium chloride hexahydrate. This is the chemical formula. Note that Calcium is divalent and chloride is univalent. Also, the water is loosely bound.

CaCl_2 \cdot (H_2O)_6

Does that give you some idea about how to solve this?
