I am new to this site (hello everyone!).
I have a question though, I am late getting my period, by about 5-6 days, I have this non-stop cramping feeling in my lower tummy, me and my hubby went and brought HPTs, I took one and it came back Not pregnant. I am not sure if this is a common sign, his family says that in smaller women a cramping feeling like mine is normal, but I am not sure. I was also stressed out cause I had about 6 of my family members coming down to visit and staying at the house with us, but they left cause I was just so dead tired and they told me I looked sick as can be. I'm wondering if you can tell me other smaller signs that I may be able to look out for. I'm just clueless, I have never been pregnant before, and that test came back saying no, but I am thinking I am..

You can:

1- wait for your period

2- Monday morning go to your doctor's, walk-in clinic or ER and demand a blood test. Blood tests can determine pregnancy within 7-12 days of possible conception.

Good luck to you Chelle :)

Please don't go to the ER. The ER is reserved for emergencies and this is not an emergency. This is just one of the reasons people with real emergencies have to wait hours to be seen.

You period could be late because of the stress.

Premenstrual cramps and pregnancy cramps can mimic each other. Wait another week, if your period hasn't shown up by then take another pregnancy test using first morning urine as first morning urine is more accurate.

Yeah I wouldn't go to the ER, for one I got to a military ER and if you are not in the service yourself they just kind of try to find a fast solution, I have't been to fond if it since I was there with a 103 temp and they made me and another girl snot rocket into a cup(while in the same room) then told me I had a common cold and sent me home.

We're planning on waiting a bit, my hubby is just on edge, cause he will be going to the field for a week then out to California for training with in the next month or so.. and that is the last thing he needs on his mind while training.
