1. First look up the formulas involved
AgNO_3
CaCl_2
You need to know the valences of the metal ions. Normally treat the nitrate or other groups such as sulfate, carbonate, etc. as a single ion and not separate atoms
Then
AgNO_3 \rightleftharpoons Ag^+ + NO_3^-
CaCl_2 \rightleftharpoons Ca^{+2} + 2 Cl^-
Ag^+ + Cl^- \right AgCl(s)
Then put them together
2AgNO_3 + CaCl_2 \,\rightleftharpoons\, 2Ag^+ + 2NO_3^- + Ca^{+2} + 2Cl^- \,\rightarrow\, 2AgCl(s) + Ca(NO_3)_2

And you need to know the solubility of your main salts.
Most chlorides are soluble (with the exception of lead (II) chloride and silver chloride)
All nitrates are soluble.
Most sulfates are soluble (with the exception of barium sulfate, lead (II) sulfate and calcium sulphate)
All sodium, potassium, and ammonium salts are soluble.
There are others you need to know, but these are the basics.
