I share a phone with my cousin at this time, he is home visiting from job corps and his family didn't have room for him so he is with us (mmm totally besides the point LOL)

Anyway, he is a teenager, and while I do trust him, there have been several charges on our bill for '411' even after telling him not to call it.

So rather than fight about it, I would like to make it on my cell so that he CANNOT CALL this number. Is there a way to do this?

Call your phone service provider to see about blocking calls to certain numbers. It's often available for 900 numbers, international, etc. You also can set your phone up that only numbers in your contact list can be called.
