OK lately I have been sleeping late and my friends will call me and I will call back and they ask me why I call back so late then I tell them I was sleep and they be like something worng with you.one day I woke up really sleepy and tired what could be happing.. and I eat something like 2 or 3 something in the morning and like 10 min or later I will feel sick

Go to bed earlier. Get a bedtime routine going -- eat a bowl of cereal, brush teeth, put on jammies, get into bed, turn off light. Don't stay up with the computer or video games until to a.m. (like we are doing now). Be in bed by 1 and then crank it down to 12:30 and then to midnight.
