Hi.
I saw a movie about a guy that liked to torture people, he abducted people and put them in different torture chambers, first he got cought and was sendt to a psycriatic facility, he got "better" and was releced. But the comunety drowe him to start again by capture him and hang him up in a tree, but then the branch broke and he then started up again, with the torture. Does anyone know the movie?
