So. When we get our marriage licsense at the court house... will like a preacher be there to like make it official. Or will we have to go else where?

At the court house the Judge marries you.
If you want a preacher to marry you you have to make arrangements for whatever where ever.

So wait. Like once the judge marries us we don't have to do anything else? And we do that the same day we get our marriage license?

Yep.
Depending on your state you may have a couple day or more wait between getting the license and saying your I DO's

Getting a license does not mean you are married. You must get an officiant to perform a ceremony and both of you the officiant and witnesses must sign as well

If you don't have witnesses the Judge can have someone there sign.
