I have lost 40 lbs by realizing that my passion for life was not only food, but it was healthy food! Thank god! I feel so blessed to have this passion and I'm going to school for nutrition, that's my major. I love it! But I need to lose the rest of my weight... I feel like these last 15 lbs are just not going anywhere I need some motivation, someone please help! Also advice on a good lunch or dinner quick meal, I eat late cause I get home from work late so I'm trying to stop that, so please someone give me some ideas!

The Mediterranean diet is really good. Basically all it is is Greek/mid eastern recipes using olive oil and healthier ingredients than the Standard American Diet.
Using olives, olive oils, omega, good fats/oils, apple cider vinegar and sea salt are things that as a nutritionist you should find better for health.

No magic pill to losing the last 15 lbs. Forget about diets!
Calories in-calories out BUT type of calories, time of day consumed, portion control and daily exercise-if only walking will do the trick. Most important meal of the day? Breakfast-hands down-whole grains-oats preferred-try and stay away from wheat and include protein-vegetable-soy-tofu or animal-turkey, chicken and probiotics-yogurt; Lunch-leafy greens and vegetables, avocado, protein and non mass produced bread.
No carbohydrates-bread, pasta etc after 3 pm-tough but it works!
Practise portion and appetite control. Cut portions in half and stop eating when you are 60% full.
Finally-glycemic control-cut out or at least cut down sweets and sugar
Stevia is a great sugar substitute and REALLY finally-exercise all you can if only walking. It is a great appetite suppressant and helps to get you endorphin addicted which is where you want to be. Good luck!
