I have and above ground pool. The exterior side walls have a fabric like coating and is wearing ,aluminum is beginning to show. It their a paint I can use to paint the exterior side walls ? Any help would be great!

What brand pool is this? If this is a fabric it may need to be removed before the paint can get a hold on the metal.

I am not sure. Pool was here when we bought the home . I would have to guess Pool is approximately 11 years old.

I have never seen a fabric covered wall but apparently they exist. If the fabric is starting to fail it should be removed because once it starts the whole thing will eventually fall apart. Once removered it like painting aluminum siding.

Her is another look at it The entire pool is not worn like this also is there a special paint for the rail that needs to be used due to the chemical factor?
