Hi guys/gals, Anyone know if I can tie in my washer drain into my 2" vent to roof at the end of my underslab piping? The only other way I see is to start cutting up slab... info please...

No you can not. Also, Is the 2" the only vent you have?

We could use a little more information. Where's the washer located? Basement? First floor?
This vent you're referring to, what's draining into it from above?
In short I think you can connect to it if you vent the washer trap.
This can be done with a AAV,(Air Admittance Valve) (see image).
Good luck, Tom

It is located on a slab which is the main floor. In a store room, this vtr is off the end of the 3" main underslab. 2" co at 9" from floor and then 2" trap for washer then the 1.5" lav. vent ties back into the 2"vtr. The house is underground except for the front wall and has one full bath total 513sf. I hope this will work as I read the N.Carolina code I have to tie into a vertical branch drain or directly into 3" main. I called for inspection for Friday and really hope this is OK,, thanks
