I have a lot of pets and even though I change my filter every 25 to 30 days eventually I have to clean my A coil. Is there any thing I can buy to spray on it that will dissolve the hair to make cleaning easier.

Nothing that will disolve hair. Have to be careful using any chemichals on the coil. Harsh chemicals might eat the coil. Or fumes could linger and be forced into house with fan operation.
Might want to look into a different kind of filtration for your house. What kind of filters are you buying? And are they the correct size?

Usually pet hair on the coil will be caused by filters OR return air duct not being sealed properly. Best filter to use in your case will be polyester instaed of fiberglass. Also with polyester you can use a spray coating to attract and hold the dirt better. Been using then for 25 years with great luck.
