I have a 1995 honda accord all of a sudden the fuse for the taillights dash board and glove compartment keeps blowning. What do I need to do to stop this

Sounds like a direct short. It may be a bad connector on the taillight or insulation may have worn bare on a wire. Remove outer taillights, inspect for corrosion, make repairs, inspect/replace gasket, apply dielectric grease to connector, reinstall. The problem may reside elsewhere, but I would start with a high probability area like the taillight. Another high probability area is the Combination Light Switch--it may be bad.
