I got married five months back and my marriage is not rigestured anywahere , so do I still need to file for divorce... we both are not competiable to each other and there are lot of other issues... kindly let me know what's the procedure... Thanks

How did you get married, and why do you think it isn't registered? Was it just a promise you made to each other, or was there a justice of the peace, or a minister officiating?

If you are legally married, short of annulment (if that applies), you'll have to get a legal divorce just like anybody else.

You might want to consider a visit to a lawyer, just to find out what to expect.
