Hi, I've missed my period.

However, I don't remember a time where I could've had sex! The only possible time was in late April, and I was drunk, but I remember a large portion of that night. I don't recall ever having sex, although I did grind up against a guy while making out with him. Is it possible to remember making out but not having sex? I never took precaution after that because I was positive I didn't sleep with the guy, but now I keep on doubting myself.

Also, I don't have any other pregnancy symptoms, and I did bleed for 2-3 days a little more than a week after the incident. It could've been spotting, but I think I bled more than the usual spotting case.

While it is possible (especially if you're drink was spiked with something you didn't know about) for that to have happened. But since you say you remember most of the night, it seems unlikely. The only way to know for sure if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. It seems unlikely. You said this incident was in April. Its almost July now. And it sounds like it might have been a short, light period you had since you say it was heavy for just spotting. There's other things that can cause you to miss a period. Stress. Change in diet and exercise. Just to name a few. Like I said though, the only way to know for sure is with a pregnancy test.
