Why do I hear Advertisements and TV shows playing on my computer but I can't see them?

You're infected with some Adware piece of garbage.

Download CCleaner, install and run it:

CCleaner - Home (http://www.ccleaner.com)

And then download MalwareBytes

Malwarebytes.org (http://malwarebytes.org/)

Run that and delete everything it finds.

Finally, read what you're clicking on before you do it. Don't install everything they recommend when you install some piece of software and be very careful of junk you download from the Internet.
