Well I feel quite fat . Will use be able to help . :) I am 14 , 5ft 4, 109 pounds, my body fat is 18.5%, and my BMI is about 18.7 and I can't find my measuring tape to do my waist.. :)

I am going on my size which is 5'2" and I weight 106lbs. I am sure your perfect. I am a size 0,2 or 4. Your not by any means fat.

Everyone has there days they feel fat. Your young and at a hard age. You might feel like you are 300lbs. But you look just fine everyday I am sure. Of course I have days I feel fat. But I usually know the cause of it. Periods, drinking certain things, eating certain things. I call it bloat. Lol Isn't that an attractive word?

Relax honey. Your not fat. Its normal for you to feel this way, however you should talk to your mom or a school counselor so that they are aware that you are feeling fat. They need to know how you are feeling, especially if you are feeling something like this as it can be dangerous.

Hmm I don't really talk to my mum about stufff :/ I think I would feel better if I lost a littlle bit of weight .but thanks :)

You don't need to lose weight. I can tell from what you said, your fine. Trust me. If it makes you feel better work out a little. That will make you feel better about how you look since it will tone you.
Are people calling you fat or picking on you? Is there a reason for feeling like this?

Your 14 hon. Even if you were over weight (which your NOT) it would not be a good idea to try to diet at 14.
Talk to your doctor. He/she can give you much better advise than we can.

Well it seems to be something bothering you if your on here for it. Talk to someone at your school. Go to the nurse. Maybe she has weight charts or something and she can show you your just fine.

Well I don't know if I have an eating disorder or not :/ I sometimes make myslef sick but not all the time. And I haven't been eating much for the past few weeks but I don't want to talk to my family or that about it .

If you sometimes make yourself sick then you have a problem. Sometimes can lead to all the time. Trust me, I was there. I did it sometimes. Then having something as simple as a toast made me full of guilt and I made myself sick. The sad thing is when I was doing it I was less then 100lbs, but still felt fat. Please I am not getting in to my issues. Even today I look at celebrities and get so envious and down on myself. But I am sure your perfect in every way. Your young and still maturing. Your body is going to change everyday for awhile. Be happy and look inside yourself instead of what's on the surface.

Learn to accept your stature. However if you insist on a lighter weight, watch your diet and increase your physical activities. Walking is a simple and enjoyable exercise that keeps you in shape. On diet, eat small frequent meals instead of one bulky one at irregular intervals.

Honey, you aren't fat or even close!
Here are the BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
See, perfectly normal :)
And you shouldn't feel fat at all!
I have to admit, I have a lot of days where I feel fat but if you ask your friends and family or doctor about it, it can really help with your self-esteem.
