Hi,

I have a Kenmore ref. the freezer is working but the fridge will not get cold. I have turned up the temp in the fridge but it will not get cold. There is a fan running in the freezer but nothing in the fridge. Help please, I cannot afford another fridge.

Is everything plugged in, or simply done. Do you know how long you have had it? It could just be worn out.

Hope it isn't!

The ref was bought about 9 yrs ago. I would hate to think that I could not have it fixed.
