My CD driver won't burn or play CD's. I was burning a CD and I got an error code of 4251. I need some help

You please try to write the disc using cd writing wizard in windows if that's not working try to re intall the nero and try again if that is also not workiing your drive laseer head is complaint . Better to buy another one rather than repairing it
