Thanks Redhead and NeedKarma for yout input...I just got the list of participants. Please feel free to correct any. I'm just matching their current pictures on this video. I really don't know who is the NO.12. Maybe one of the Jacksons.

I believe that 10 is John Oates. It's definitely NOT Bob Dylan.
I'm not sure who 19 is but it's definitely NOT Smokey Robinson.

16 is Anita of the Pointer Sisters
17 is LaToya Jackson
19 is Lindsay Buckingham
You are right - 10 is John Oates

That is definitely not Bob Dylan. Could it be Waylon Jennings? I know he was involved, but I don't remember what he looked like.

I just edited the pictures. Two men I am left with is he's either Bob Geldof or Waylon Jennings.
This is Waylon Jennings now.

It's not Bob Geldof. I'm not convinced that it is Waylon Jennings, but by process of elimination I don't know who else it could be.

OK - this has been driving me crazy, but I think I've figured it out.
Waylon Jennings sang on the recording but does not appear in the video, so this picture can not be him.
Huey Lewis was the only artist on the song whose bandmates (The News) also participated. I believe the photo is Johnny Colla of Huey Lewis and The News.

Like I said, I think it's a member of Huey Lewis and the News. I think the reason that he looks so familiar is because of his strong resemblance to Kenny Loggins. Before I watched the video I thought that he WAS Kenny Loggins and that the real picture of Loggins was someone else.

I have to agree that it might be Kenny Loggins too (like no.6) if not someone from The News. The News was on the list of participants. Their shirt is the same and both of them got a black watch. It's just on 2:23, he was still wearing his headpiece, while on 5:58 he took it off.
Thank you guys for helping me out!
Isn't it annoying to recall something that has to be just ordinary?

I just think that 14 and 6 are both Kenny Loggins. I've never seen Kenny Loggins before and must have been confused that they are different people.
His shot on 6 was taken on the early part of the video and 14 was almost at the ending on the song. His hair must have all stood up during long hours of recording. Ha ha

Oh my God yeah, I agree. After enthusiastic following in YouTube since Michael Jackson died, I must say that 14 is Quincy Jones. Harry Belafonte is on 5:55 of the video.

I think that #11 is either Quincy Jones or Marvin Gaye. I don't think it is Harry Belafonte. I'll say that it's Quincy Jones.

Is no 14 not just another pic of Kenny Loggins? Billy Joel was also in the video wearing beard and moustache, but that's not him.
