I've heard a lot of talk about both (I'm a female, 19) and I don't get what the difference is.

Could someone please explain what it means when it comes to the female body?

Squirting is "female ejaculation". It usually comes up when your G-spot is rubbed well enough or when you have a great clitoral orgasm. It also happens when you previously drank lots of fluids.

It's often mistaken with urine, it smells like urine but it's not urine.

It also sometimes comes out as white clumps, like wet toilet paper almost- this happens when your extremely aroused.

If you want to find out more about female ejaculation my suggestion is to Google it, go to Jesushelper's links or even discover your own body and learn to "squirt".

Self sex is the safest sex.
