I recently bought a wrist blood pressure cuff so that I could monitor my own blood pressure. Since it was manufactured in Hong Kong, the instructions are not too clear! I am not certain where, exactly, the cuff should be place before inflating it. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You!

Make sure when you inflate the cuff your wrist is at the same level as your heart otherwise you will get inaccurate results. Place the cuff on with the monitor facing you (on the inside of your wrist). Keep a written record and keep your doctor informed.

If you can see a vein at your elbow, essentially place the cuff's sensor there, with the rest of the cuff on your upper arm.
That's where a stethescope comes in handy or if you have done it manually before

Unit should be about 1/2'' above base of hand with monitor on palm side of arm. U can use index finger as guide.
Hold arm so monitor is at heart level.
